Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Processing: Enter and process invoices, ensure proper coding, approvals, and compliance with policies
Budget Tracking & Program Support: Maintain financial tracking tools, assist program staff with budget inquiries
Month-End Close & Reconciliation: Prepare journal entries, complete reconciliations, and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Reporting & Financial Analysis: Run ad hoc reports, compile data for decision-making and audit readiness
Documentation & Process Improvement: Draft internal procedures and strengthen internal controls for compliance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years accounting experience (healthcare/Government experience is preferred)
Bachelor's degree + 2 years experience OR
Associate's degree + 4 years experience OR
6+ years experience without a degree
Previous ERP system experience and proficiency in Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
