Responsibilities

Designing and integrating aircraft systems including avionics upgrades and power distribution within the military aircraft business sector
Support ongoing modifications to aircraft systems by applying electrical requirements
Design integration
Testing interfaces in lab and aircraft settings
Resolving interface issues

Required

Electrical Engineering design experience for Aircraft Systems Integration, including Avionics Upgrades and Power Distribution
Experience with wiring and Signal Interfaces
Proficiency in at least one Electrical CAD Tool, such as Visual Engineer, AutoCAD Electrical, or Capital Harness
Ability to troubleshoot electrical interface issues
Familiarity with military design standards like MIL-STD-704 and SAE AS50881

Preferred

Understanding of digital and analog interface signals
Knowledge of military standards like MIL-E-7016 or MIL-HDBK-516
Ability to mentor junior team members
