Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the product backlog, acting as the ultimate authority on scope and definition of done with strong Product Management expertise
Drive product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle planning using rolling-wave plans within Agile / SAFe environments
Lead enterprise initiatives with hands-on experience across Workday platforms and modules
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into executable product features
Support HR technology domains including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll
Ensure alignment from portfolio to program and sprint-level execution, including PI and sprint objectives
Track and manage product risks, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives using Jira and ServiceNow
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior-level Product Management experience
Strong Product Management expertise
Experience in Agile / SAFe environments
Hands-on experience across Workday platforms and modules
Ability to partner with senior business and technology stakeholders
Experience in supporting HR technology domains including Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll
Ability to ensure alignment from portfolio to program and sprint-level execution
Experience in tracking and managing product risks, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives using Jira and ServiceNow
