Prepare and enter journal entries for general and sub-ledgers

Maintain automated ledger processes

Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Receivable for accurate transaction coding

Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances

Analyze trial balances and verify sub-ledgers

Investigate revenue and expense variances

Generate monthly financial reports

Support in forecasting cash flow and preparing annual budgets

Compile audit and tax files and assist with annual audits

Perform other related duties as needed
