LER TechForce is seeking an Engineering Manager for Electronics to lead the design and development of electronic hardware for automotive applications. The role involves managing a team of engineers, defining hardware strategies, and ensuring compliance with various standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of electronic hardware for automotive applications
Manage a team of electrical engineers and designers in schematic design, PCB layout, circuit analysis, and validation
Define scalable, reusable hardware platform strategies and roadmaps
Drive robust design reviews and ensure compliance with EMC, ESD, environmental, and safety standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with Systems, Embedded Software, Mechanical, and Validation teams
Oversee supplier development projects and support component qualification and PPAP
Promote standardization and reuse of electrical designs across programs

Required

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
7+ years in electronics product development, including 1-3 years in leadership
Expertise in analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, and microcontroller-based systems
Proficiency in Altium and engineering program management tools like Jira
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Master's degree in engineering or related field
Deep knowledge of automotive electronics, sensors, and control systems
Passion for automotive and powertrain systems
Familiarity with Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) fundamentals and Engine Management Systems
