Responsibilities
Helping clients resolve business needs by assisting in managing the project scope with customers
Providing project leadership updates on progress
Aligning direction of Crowe and customer team members with tasks for implementing complex business and technology solutions
Assist in project management activities to enable successful project outcomes by facilitating client communication
Gathering business requirements
Maintaining project scope
Removing project barriers
Lead team-building events
Develop internal team and customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and geographies
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Eagerness to learn new technologies and a commitment to continuous skill development
Willingness to travel as needed 60% or more annually based on client or project requirements
College students who are pursuing degrees in Business, Management, or a related field
