Responsibilities
Conduct consultative, in-home sales presentations with homeowners
Close deals in a one-call-close environment with professionalism and integrity
Travel throughout New Jersey to meet customers where they are
Manage your pipeline, follow-up, and performance metrics independently
Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
Handle objections, rejection, and pressure without external motivation
Qualification
Required
Prior in-home sales experience (home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC strongly preferred)
Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on homeowner availability
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong presentation and communication skills
High emotional resilience and personal accountability
Comfort with straight commission compensation
