This role involves greeting patients, collecting demographic and insurance information, and ensuring positive encounters for patients and team members.

Responsibilities

Assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits

Completing financial clearance functions

Collecting accurate demographic information and insurance information

Handling patient financial obligation at the time of service

Greeting and serving patients and internal team members in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive encounters

Some travel from site to site, as well as extended hours may be required based on business needs of the department
