Responsibilities
Manage the full product lifecycle from talking to stakeholders and writing JIRA tickets to drafting release notes and documentation
Lead the strategic re-platforming of legacy tools to ensure internal systems can scale to meet aggressive growth goals
Research and interface with vendors to explore third-party integrations, such as AI chatbots for call volume overflow or outbound automation
Act as the point person for a dedicated team of Ukrainian engineers; you will be responsible for holding the team to high standards and driving performance improvements
As a product culture is formalized, you will serve as a leader who demonstrates the value of product management to teams that are new to the discipline
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, with a mandatory background in startup environments (preferably having seen more than one)
A 'self-starter' mindset with a track record of reliability and the ability to work independently without heavy supervision
You are not rattled by a shifting roadmap; you bring structure to chaotic environments through clear documentation and communication
Experience working with offshore development teams and the ability to hold external technical partners accountable for delivery
Comfortable presenting to clients, negotiating with vendors, and collaborating with C-suite stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with AI/LLMs, chatbots, or automated intent-identification models
Background in FinTech, Mortgage, or Lead Generation
Experience with integrations and API-heavy product environments
