This internship offers hands-on learning and professional development opportunities within the IT Operations department.

Responsibilities

Performs standard diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by a manager or higher level Systems Administrator

Participates in the development of life-cycle oriented processes and procedures

Implements test plans, migration plans and delivery plans per detailed instructions and specifications

Provides administrative and other assistance in integrating new programs/designs into production

Creates/completes documentation and administrative processes necessary to move new programs to production

Required

Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating within 1-2 semesters

Proficient in Windows product internals, advanced debugging, software integration

Key knowledge is Microsoft based server product lines

Possesses basic skills and knowledge related to server, operating systems, mid-range hardware, and storage back up devices

General knowledge of mid-range platforms and the technology to support them (i.e., SAN, NAS, Messaging, SCCM, Active Directory)

Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US
