Litigation Associate

Responsibilities
Join our Litigation Department as a mid-level associate with complex litigation experience
Demonstrated experience in complex litigation, motion practice, depositions, discovery management, and trial preparation
Drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, interview memos or other written work product
Conducting witness interviews
Preparing for and conducting depositions, and preparing for and participating in arbitrations and trials
Capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once
Eager and willing to work hard, with care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail in their work
Qualification
Required
mid-level associate (4th to 5th year) with complex litigation experience
excellent academic credentials
demonstrated experience in complex litigation
motion practice
discovery management
trial preparation
experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, interview memos or other written work product
conducting witness interviews
comfortable and experienced taking a leadership role in cases and at the firm
capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once
eager and willing to work hard
pride themselves on care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail in their work
Preferred
experience preparing for and conducting depositions
preparing for and participating in arbitrations and trials
