Responsibilities
Managing projects related to the James clinical space optimization
Developing standard workflows and translating construction impact plans for the operations team
Communicating timelines and logistics for the James facilities team for approximately 80 active James construction projects
Overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient services and effective hospital operations for all James owned and/or managed facilities
Facilitating communication activities and problem solving to support effective operations
Directing project management, resource planning and development, space requests and assignments, and initiating process improvement activities
Leading multidisciplinary committee meetings that impact high-quality health services delivery for cancer patients
Ensuring compliance and accountability between facilities, maintenance, and operational teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospital Administration or related field
Leadership ability
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communications skills
Continued professional development
Extensive experience required in the areas of project management, data analysis and reporting, and process evaluation, planning, and improvement
Working knowledge of information systems and computer-based programs including spreadsheets, presentations, databases, word processing, reports, graphics, and web development
Preferred
Master's degree in business or Hospital Administration
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
At least 7 years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations and construction projects
