Responsibilities
Review, research, and resolve invoice issues and exceptions in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and SAP systems
Process invoices to accurately record corporate expenditures in the general ledger
Provide customized support for accounts payable inquiries to internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and minimize exposure to late fees or service disruptions
Perform special processes to maintain payable integrity, including vendor statement reviews and GRIR analysis
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
1 year in an office environment
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and customer service abilities
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1 year in accounts payable or related area
Ability to research and resolve inquiries
Working knowledge of accounts payable resources and account structures
