Responsibilities

Develop and implement a change management framework to drive corporate strategic initiative change readiness and adoption

Drive alignment across business leaders and functional partners, ensuring successful change adoption and engagement

Accountable for change and communication deployment plan, measure change impact with defined KPIs

Develop standardized management toolkits and change readiness assessments

Coach and mentor other team members on change management best practices. Deliver change results via a strategic mindset that transforms organization at the corporate scale

Required

5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, or Program Management Office Change Management roles

Experience and proven ability in managing large, cross-functional initiatives and driving change and adoption

Excellent change management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies

Strong project management skills and proactive risks management

Ability to work across functions: marketing, product, sales enablement, HR, and more

Executive communication and storytelling skills, experience influencing without authority

Excellent crafts in Powerpoint presentations

Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills

Skilled in program tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence)
