Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance, repair, and optimization of 300+ complex injection molds
Oversee a small tool room team
Drive mold performance, uptime, and continuous improvement across a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in injection mold repair
Experience in tooling
Experience in EDM
Experience in TIG welding
Experience with hot runners
Experience in tool room leadership
