Responsibilities
Partner to support process enhancements and key program interventions as required. Lead and guide project teams in the effort to transform, develop and implement initiatives design to support people, business and technology change impact ensuring effective adoption
Develops, delivers, and coordinates organizational change management work, including stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, organizational design/effectiveness, business transformation, and culture
Provide strategy and change management thought leadership support to executives, sponsors, clients and/or business owners
Support integration of Organizational Change Management into initiative approaches and methodologies
Engage with partners in Training, Communications, Content Management to improve our change impact, communications, collaboration and adoption of change initiatives
Lead the annual Strategy Development process and thoroughly understand their client group's strategic priorities, the business imperatives, and customers business
Provide guidance and coaching to project team members of varying levels and disciplines on change management best practices
Coach and mentor junior staff members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Business, Management, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Communications or related field
5 years experience in a change management role
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
Preferred
Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
