Revenue Program Manager

Responsibilities

Analyze, optimize, and document sales and CRM processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and adoption
Partner with Sales Leadership to streamline workflows and implement best practices
Provide training, documentation, and change management support across teams
Manage sales and marketing analytics programs, including funnel performance, customer segmentation, attribution analysis, and ROI measurement
Build automated dashboards (Power BI, CRM tools, etc.) that support real-time decision-making for Sales, TruSpace, and Marketing leadership
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through structured analysis
Develop and maintain sales collateral (pitch decks, service outlines, case studies, proposal templates)
Ensure materials align with TruSpace positioning and support the sales cycle at each stage
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure unified messaging across channels
Develop and support integrated marketing strategies across email, LinkedIn, conferences/events, digital campaigns, and partner channels
Build and execute targeted marketing campaigns focused on: Past customers (reactivation, cross-sell, upsell, and share-of-wallet growth)
Lost or inactive business (win-back programs and tailored re-engagement messaging)
Current clients (promoting report updates, new services, and TruSpace value enhancements)
High-value segments and vertical industries aligned with the TruSpace GTM strategy
Use segmentation and data insights to personalize outreach, improve engagement, and strengthen conversion rates
Track campaign performance, surface insights, and recommend optimization strategies to Sales and TruSpace leadership
Partner with the Managing Director to advance the TruSpace GTM strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and pricing recommendations
Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer insight interviews to inform strategic decisions
Translate findings into practical action plans and leadership recommendations
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional improvements across Sales, Marketing, and TruSpace
Evaluate and recommend tools, automation, or technologies to scale processes and improve data visibility
Support annual planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and KPI development

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields)
Experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics
Strong analytical abilities with a proactive, positive problem-solving attitude
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
