Start in 2026 SummerKnitWell Group is offering a Summer Internship Program at Talbots, a leading omni-channel specialty retailer of women's clothing. The CAD/Print & Pattern Intern will assist in creating and editing prints, preparing artwork packages, and gaining a deeper understanding of the print production cycle while working closely with designers.

Responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing new print and pattern, re-work archived prints, alter and digitize vintage fabrics, and create seasonal colorways based on direction from manager
Assist Designers on print development by classifications to meet expectations and deadlines
Assist in preparation of artwork packages to go to vendors
Help with department organization such as file archiving. Maintain the layout and flat library
Participate in team and cross-functional meetings
Develop and increase understanding of Talbots customer
Qualification
Required
Authentic, curious, and passionate
Enrolled in an accredited degree program
Proficient with Microsoft office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to think strategically, conceptually, and creatively
Junior or senior (Class of 2026 and 2027)
Resume and portfolio (portfolios only needed for Design Applications)
Available June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
