Career Group is hiring Credit Risk and Operations Coordinators to support a leading global financial services firm within their Credit Bureau Disputes and Operations function. This clerical and data-entry heavy role involves managing high-risk operational queues and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter resource while managing multiple high-risk operational queues
Accurately document actions taken and resolve customer requests through structured casework
Handle sensitive, high-risk cases including credit bureau disputes and notifications
Research escalated customer disputes and provide thorough, customer-centric resolutions
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and departmental policies and procedures
Participate in projects and process improvements to support operational excellence
Contribute feedback to help refine procedures, documentation, and workflows

Qualification

Credit bureau disputesFinancial services experienceAnalytical skillsExcel proficiencySQL familiarityData entryProcess improvementAttention to detailCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent relevant work experience)
6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative, analyst, or operations role
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Comfort working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Prior experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred
Exposure to credit bureau disputes, credit reporting, or operations is a plus
Experience working with major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) preferred
Experience with data furnishing, Metro2 mapping, QA/UAT, or rejection mitigation is a plus
Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or similar data/query tools is a plus
