Responsibilities

Lead architecture and solution design for complex Power Platform applications integrated with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services

Translate customer business requirements into secure, scalable low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse

Serve as a technical SME on Power Platform governance, security, performance, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business goals and federal compliance standards

Provide technical leadership during requirements gathering, design workshops, and sprint planning

Establish reusable components, templates, and best practices across projects

Guide junior developers and perform code/design reviews as needed
