Responsibilities
Develop code in modern programming languages, ensuring quality and security throughout the development lifecycle
Write technical stories, collaborate on prioritizing features, and contribute to product delivery using agile methodologies
Design solutions that consider both user needs and system integrations across teams
Apply industry best practices (e.g., SOLID) to create flexible, maintainable applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate across teams, demonstrating empathy for engineers and clear communication
Stay current with emerging technologies and invest in personal growth to expand your technical skill set
Contribute to defining product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Help define product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with teams to meet goals
Use design thinking principles to create user-centric digital products and solve complex problems
Foster a positive team culture, effectively influence stakeholders, and communicate with clarity
Track and measure key performance indicators to evaluate success and iterate for improvement
Analyze complex problems and develop effective, long-term strategies

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or other relevant fields
Graduating in May 2026 or December 2025
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Demonstrates learning agility and a willingness to embrace new challenges
