Responsibilities

Develop skills needed to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Complete a highly rigorous and accelerated learning program tailored to develop foundational skills across manufacturing and assembly
Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work of a Composites Assembly Mechanic, including interpreting model-based drawings and blueprints, following work instructions, and working with high-performance materials

Required

High School diploma or GED
Understanding of intermediate math
