Required

Experience: 8-10 years
Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Self-managed
Detail-oriented
Power generation experience (combustion turbine plants)
Familiarity with construction environments
Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth (no design software like AutoCAD required)

Preferred

Preferred Background: Power plant design/construction, owner/operator, or EPC firm
Certifications: PE preferred (not required)
Nice to Have: Instrumentation & controls experience (especially for electrical role)
Preferred Employers: Mortenson, Blattner, Wanzek, Barr, Wink, and other civil/renewable contractors
Certifications: EIT (preferred for Level II), PE (preferred for Level III)
