Responsibilities

Support the senior analyst on all aspects of developing and marketing equity research products, including: research reports, models, and industry analysis
Build and maintain integrated I/S, B/S, and C/F models, and organize and maintain industry data
Write and produce company initiations, equity research reports, and marketing presentations
Interact with internal sales and trading and external clients
Organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required

Strong modeling skills
Prior work experience analyzing or managing financial statements or quarterly earnings reports as part of a wealth management institution, an investment bank, an accounting firm, or an accounting or finance role within a finance department

Ability to multi-task
Strong financial modeling, accounting, valuation, and quantitative skills

Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong Excel skills and a fair command of Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, FactSet and AI technology like Copilot

Preferred

Exposure to the software industry and/or to equity research
MBA and/or CFA and/or BBA, or comparable graduate degree
Already licensed for FINRA Registrations (SIE/7/63/86/87)
