New Grad, Entry LevelW. Soule & Co. is seeking a Structural Detailer/Drafter to work with the project team in creating detailed structural 3D models and drawings. The role involves coordinating fabrication packages, extracting BOM reports, and maintaining department standards for consistency and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities
Work within W Soule facilities to draw structural steel using Solidworks and AutoCAD
Import/Export data from customer files such as Navisworks
Coordinate fabrication packages with Project Manager, Foreman, and Customer
Extract accurate BOM from fabrication drawings
Work with Detailing Manager, Shop Foreman, and shop personnel on drawing questions
Maintain department standards for consistency and recordkeeping set in place by Detailing Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Solidworks
Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD and Navisworks
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including: Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience utilizing Solidworks for structural steel
Effectively able to manage one's time and stay organized
Ability to review, mark-up, and modify drawings from others within the department
