Crisis Clinician MCI (per diem)
Aspire Health Alliance is committed to providing exceptional mental health care and seeks a Crisis Clinician to join their team. The role involves providing psychiatric emergency services and crisis intervention to children, adults, and families at serious risk. Clinicians will work in a fast-paced environment with clinical supervision and support for their development.
Health Care
Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families who are at serious risk of harming themselves or others
Evaluate and stabilize the crisis, and make referrals to the most appropriate level of care
Provide follow-up and referral services to ensure continuity of care
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other mental health discipline
Training in assessing adults in crisis, as well as competency in assessing children and their families in crisis
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation protocols
Experience in providing follow-up and referral services to ensure continuity of care
Preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in a Crisis Intervention setting or related field placement in a Crisis Intervention setting is preferred
Benefits
$8/hour shift differential for working on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday-Friday 8pm-8am
