Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for employees across Windows and macOS environments
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management
Maintain and manage hardware and software inventories, including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and documentation of assigned devices and applications
Support endpoint management and patching activities using Jamf and NinjaOne
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for onsite and remote users
Assist with identity and access management tasks in Okta and Google Workspace
Support network-related requests and troubleshooting in Cisco Meraki environments
Assist with monitoring and responding to endpoint security alerts in CrowdStrike
Support SaaS tools, including Zoom, GitHub, and AWS (basic access and user support)
Document incidents, requests, and procedures in the IT service management system
Follow established security, access control, and compliance procedures (e.g., SOC 2)

Required

1–2 years of professional experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or systems support role
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting
Familiarity with endpoint management or MDM tools (Jamf experience strongly preferred)
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Exposure to cloud-based productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom)
Foundational understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS)
Interest in IT security and best practices in a compliance-driven environment
Strong customer service and communication skills with a consistent focus on delivering a positive end-user experience
Ability to work independently during onsite hours and manage competing priorities
