Active participation in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and preparing matters for trial
Work closely with experienced litigators on complex probate and trust disputes, often involving substantial assets and emotionally charged issues
Qualification
Required
Background in trust, estate, probate, and fiduciary litigation
Experience handling contested trust and estate matters in probate courts
Strong litigation skills, including drafting, discovery, and court appearances
Ability to manage complex matters with attention to detail and sound judgment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience with trust and estate administration or drafting is a plus
