Client Concierge

Responsibilities
Follow-up with clients weekly throughout their process & prioritize day-to-day tasks
Work closely with advisors and team members to create an exceptional experience for prospects and clients
Maintain up-to-date Calendar (Outlook) and CRM (Salesforce) systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Highly personable with a fantastically optimistic outlook on work and life
Strong organizational and project management skills
Innovative problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communicator
Results-driven, team-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and follow through
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professionalism and positive service attitude at all times
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred
Prior experience in finance or high-level customer service
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
