ESCO Technologies is seeking a Finance Systems Manager responsible for the end-to-end ownership, administration, and optimization of financial applications. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and promoting best practices across all financial tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for OneStream, Sage, and Corcentric

Maintain system configuration, environments, workflows, metadata, hierarchies, integration jobs, user access and security roles

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot functional/technical issues, and coordinate with vendors or consultants as needed

Ensure systems adhere to Corporate IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and governance standards

Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, forms, templates, business rules, integrations, and workflows across all platforms

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT to gather requirements and deliver enhancements aligned to business needs

Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and process standardization

Execute recurring data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks across OneStream, Sage, and Corcentric

Maintain documentation and evidence of system controls to support audits (internal, external, SOX, and DoD-related when applicable)

Lead system upgrades, patching cycles, and new-feature deployments—including planning, sandbox testing, validation, communication, and user acceptance

Maintain a structured change-management process ensuring all enhancements are tested, approved, and documented

Develop and deliver ongoing user training for finance applications, including new features and system updates

Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and best-practice standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

5+ years of hands-on experience with financial systems experience

Strong understanding of financial processes including consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting

Experience working with system integrations (flat files, APIs, SQL-based feeds, or ERP connectors)

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision

Preferred

Experience in a multinational or multi-entity corporate environment

OneStream certification or formal training; Sage or Corcentric admin experience is a plus

Familiarity with audit requirements, IT governance, or controls frameworks
