They are seeking a Finance Analyst/Management Accountant to handle financial reporting, analysis, and management accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and supporting decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the Operational Summary Report (OSR) and EBITDA bridge, including budget vs actual, variance, and run-rate analysis

Analyse revenue, cost drivers, and margin trends, providing commercial insights and commentary to support decision-making

Reconcile data between ERP (Sage Intacct), Employment Hero, Splose, and other systems to ensure accuracy of reporting

Support the Head of Commercial Finance in preparing monthly management reports, board packs, and business review decks

Prepare cost packs and support vendor negotiations through accurate analysis of spend and savings trackers

Maintain and reconcile vendor savings and ROI trackers for marketing, referral, and program initiatives

Assist in the development of business cases, forecasts, and financial models for new initiatives

Contribute to process improvement and automation of reporting outputs across systems

Ensure consistency and accuracy of GL classifications and reporting structures across brands and entities

Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts

Identify anomalies, risks, or data inconsistencies and escalate findings with recommendations
