Regional Sales Manager - CivilSense Platform

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is a leading provider of infrastructure solutions for water, energy, communications, and transportation. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand their sales team, focusing on driving adoption of the CivilSense platform among water utilities across North America.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
Manage and mentor a team of 3+ Sales Representatives, with plans to scale
Establish clear performance metrics, coaching programs, and career development paths
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy targeting water utilities, municipalities, and public works agencies
Drive pipeline growth through direct engagement, partnerships, and strategic alliances
Forecast revenue and report on KPIs to senior leadership
Market Positioning & Competitive Analysis
Understand and articulate CivilSense’s value proposition versus competitors
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
Customer Engagement
Build strong relationships with utility directors, operators, and decision-makers
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap

Qualification

Required

8+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, GIS, or utility technology solutions
Proven success selling to municipal utilities or public sector organizations
Strong understanding of water infrastructure challenges and asset management practices
Ability to position software solutions against established competitors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Office-based with customer travel
Fast-paced, collaborative environment
May require flexible hours to support national footprint
