Responsibilities

Assisting patients during the on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits

Completing financial clearance functions

Completes the registration for scheduled and unscheduled visits by collecting accurate demographic information

Insurance information

Handling patient financial obligation at the time of service

Responsible for financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes

Greets and serves patients and internal team members in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive encounters

Some travel from site to site, as well as extended hours may be required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in using computers and computer systems

At least 1-2 years prior registration experience
