Responsibilities

Prepare, proofread, and edit patent prosecution documents
Finalize and electronically file USPTO submissions
Manage client communication and portfolio updates
Prepare IDS and OA-related materials
Monitor dockets and coordinate with docketing teams
Conduct legal research related to prosecution
Manage both paper and electronic files

Required
