Responsibilities
Design and build Windows Server environments from scratch
Rack, stack, and configure servers (hardware, OS, networking)
Deliver VMware implementations, data center builds, and storage projects
Execute multi-site infrastructure deployments
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Travel to U.S. practice locations (~25% average, fully reimbursed)
Qualification
Required
8+ years Windows Server engineering experience
Strong VMware project experience (beyond labs)
Proven background in infrastructure project execution
Ability to work independently across multiple projects
Preferred
Citrix experience
Networking (firewalls, VLANs, switching)
MSP or consulting background
