LION is currently seeking a talented and accomplished Project Manager to manage a variety of high-visibility projects. The successful candidate will focus on IT and Finance projects, mentor peers, lead project team members, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities

Define, plan, execute and control moderate to complex projects and programs

Support the assigned portfolios as they choose, prioritize, and manage projects in their organization

Secure and coordinate resources for projects

Produce and maintain key deliverables: Business Case, Schedule, Budget, RAID, Change Requests

Report on project, program and portfolio progress and overall health

Utilize problem solving tools and strategies to keep projects on track

Coordinate effective communication among stakeholders

Coach and inspire project team members to give their best effort

Contribute to ongoing process improvements and standardization in Project Management at LION

Support and assist other Project Managers in the organization
