Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of forward and reverse supply plans to ensure operational efficiency
Perform supply and demand analysis, including 'what-if' scenarios to optimize cost and service levels
Manage raw material planning, last-time buys, and inventory transitions to reduce excess or shortage risks
Partner with suppliers and vendors to align on build plans, monitor capacity, and resolve operational constraints
Use tools like Power BI, Excel, and supply chain systems to analyze data, build dashboards, and track KPIs
Collaborate across teams to communicate priorities, address escalations, and ensure alignment with business goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automate manual processes, and contribute to operational transformation
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, operations, sourcing, or manufacturing
4+ years of experience with data analysis, forecasting, and dashboard reporting
Strong understanding of supplier operations, logistics management, and order fulfillment
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools for trend and performance analysis
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Preferred
Experience working with AI, GPU hardware supply chains
Familiarity with ERP/Supply Chain tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle SCM, o9, Anaplan)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset
