Responsibilities

Lead R&D team with new formulations for Personal Care Products (Hair Care, Cosmetics & Skin Care)
Manage relationships with Customers and Regulatory Bodies
Lead a team of 7+ directly
Manage relevant tests and SOPs (stability testing, Viscosity, pH testing and Drop testing)
Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure compliance ( FDA, ISO 9001)

R&D experiencePersonal Care Product ManufacturingLeadershipChemistry degreeKnowledge in FDA regulationsKnowledge in ISO 9001Team managementCollaboration skills

Required

10+ years of R&D experience in Personal Care Product Manufacturing, ideally within Personal Care Ingredients and Actives
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or similar (Cosmetics Science preferred)
8+ years' experience leading an R&D team within Personal Care
Proven ability to lead a team of Chemists
Knowledge in FDA, ISO 9001, 22716 and MoCRA
