Web Administrator (Contract)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Web Administrator to manage and maintain their website and related digital properties, ensuring a smooth user experience and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain website pages, including program pages, blog posts, resource pages, and forms
Build and manage landing pages for campaigns, events, webinars, and fundraising initiatives
Ensure all website content is current, accurate, and aligned with Let Grow’s brand and messaging
Monitor site performance and resolve broken links, layout issues, and functionality errors
Identify and fix website issues related to formatting, responsiveness, plugins, forms, or integrations
Coordinate with developers or hosting providers when advanced technical issues arise
Manage plugins, themes, updates, and basic security best practices
Ensure website backups and updates are completed regularly
Ensure pages are mobile-responsive and accessible
Implement SEO best practices (page titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, image optimization)
Improve page layouts and navigation to enhance user experience and conversion rates
Monitor site analytics and flag opportunities for improvement
Work closely with marketing, development, and program teams to support digital needs
Assist with website updates related to email campaigns, donations, and registrations
Document website processes and help maintain internal web guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, relevant certifications, and hands-on experience
4+ years of experience managing and maintaining websites
Experience working with WordPress
Ability to create and edit pages using page builders, custom layouts, and existing themes
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (advanced coding not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Experience building landing pages and web forms
Preferred
Experience with nonprofits, advocacy organizations, or mission-driven brands
Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
Experience with email, CRM, or donation platform integrations
Basic design or layout experience (Canva, Figma, or similar)
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with Gravity forms, Salesforce and Mailchimp Integrations
