Underwrite complex commercial loan requests and relationships
Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and industry trends
Prepare credit narratives and present to approval officers and loan committees
Maintain and update financial spreads in the loan underwriting system
Ensure compliance with bank credit policy and government regulations
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
5+ years of commercial credit underwriting or related experience
Strong financial analysis and Excel skills (including formulas)
Working knowledge of GAAP and credit risk assessment
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
