Owning the engineering strategy and architecture as the product and customer base scale
Building, mentoring and retaining a high-calibre engineering team
Partnering closely with product and data to balance speed with long-term platform health
Creating an environment where engineers can do their best work, not just ship tickets
Making sensible decisions about process, tooling and technical investment
Qualification
