Supply Tech Business Systems Partner
Cypress HCM is focused on creating inspiring travel experiences for hosts and guests, and they are seeking a Supply Tech Business Systems Partner to enhance the operational excellence of their global sales team. Responsibilities
Drive the systems and tools execution and operationalization supporting central programs and strategies for our Supply Business
Own clear communication on the program progress and roadmap
Partner with our Revenue Operations team and Field Team to define the key support systems/processes for programs required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
Support Sales and Business teams to drive the right technical implementations and considerations for their strategy
Own the portfolio of technical work and partner with our internal teams (BizTech) and tools vendors to execute on the vision and the roadmap; also managing the day to day work
Prioritize team requests and requirements to support our company and field team goals
Provide up-to-date visibility into project roadmaps and escalate issues when necessary
Partner with the right teams to manage data, insights and reporting from our systems and tools
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of systems such as Gong, MixMax and Salesforce and GTM technologies are a requirement
Minimum 10 years in a sales enablement or operations role combined experience demonstrating success managing complex projects from start to finish
Proven track record as a great cross-functional business partner and ability to lead within a cross-functional environment
Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills. Able to connect dots and proactively develop proposals and solutions
Systems-thinker and able to translate strategy to execution across multiple teams
Experience across the Customer Lifecycle with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams
Bachelor degree required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Professional and consistent work habits, strong work ethic, driven to achieve company goals
Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel and GSuite
Strong business acumen with an ability to build relationships with and partner with other executives and build relationships across a complex organization
Strong team player with a track record of cross functional collaboration
