Responsibilities

Lead and direct all activities in our Greenwich office, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and objectives
Manage a multi-disciplinary team of wealth advisors, banking and tax professionals, and trust experts delivering bespoke Family Office solutions to complex UHNW families
Develop and execute strategic plans that support business unit goals and drive market growth, including emerging and expansion markets
Oversee financial planning, pricing strategies, and capital/expense budgeting
Champion client service excellence, monitor retention and relationship expansion, and personally address complex or sensitive client needs
Identify opportunities for market expansion, set sales goals, and participate in strategic presentations and acquisition initiatives
Resolve highly complex business challenges using advanced critical thinking and commercial insight
Provide guidance and mentorship to managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and career development
Apply broad industry knowledge and functional expertise to drive long-term planning and profitability
Collaborate and negotiate with senior leaders across the organization to influence business outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant industry certifications preferred
Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in wealth management or related financial services

Demonstrated success in managing large teams and complex business segments
