The Material Handler – Shipping & Receiving will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries of parts.

Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and parts
Package and ship outgoing products with care and accuracy
Drive the company van to deliver parts to vendors and customers (local area)
Maintain clean and organized inventory areas and shop floor
Support quality control by inspecting incoming/outgoing parts using basic gauges (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Assist with basic rework (grinding, polishing, thread chaser)
Enter and update inventory data using a computer system
Follow safety and ISO quality procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for deliveries)
Basic computer proficiency and math (8th grade or higher) competency
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
Operate pallet jacks or forklifts
Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, grinders, and inspection equipment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and customer service-oriented
Strong initiative and eager to learn
Preferred
Forklift certification is a plus
