Program Manager, Capital Projects
UChicago Medicine is a world-class academic health-care system seeking a Program Manager, Capital Projects in the Facility Operations Department at Hyde Park. This role is responsible for supporting operational and transition planning services for various capital projects, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and managing project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities
Coordinating operations planning, workflow documentation, equipment inventory, and departmental communication for Capital projects
Attending planning and design meetings, taking notes, and helping to document standard work procedures and developing innovative tools for project tracking and task management
Supporting departmental move and relocation planning by creating checklists and coordinating logistics
Serving as a liaison between operational departments and the project team
Will manage equipment lists, data and other financial tracking within the larger budget, under the direction of Program Director
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
At least 4 years of relevant experience in project support/coordination or healthcare leadership is required
Preferred
Healthcare environment experience preferred
Experience working in cross functional project teams with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders preferred
