Responsibilities

Participates in the planning and coordination of project activities to ensure that planned objectives and deliverables are achieved

Performs critical tasks according to project timetable/specifications

Conducts analysis and reports results to Management

Mainly works on day-to-day issues and tasks directly affecting implementation of project objectives

Primary focus is operational and short-term, but may participate in the development of some strategic plans

Works directly to resolve problems of moderate-to-large scope

Applies higher level analysis to data gathered, interprets results (either independently or with collaboration from Project managers, end users, SME¿s, et. al.)

Identify potential risks and mitigation plans

Track project progress and handle any issues that arise promptly

Prepares project reports for management, client, or others

Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority

Receives general supervision from Project Managers or other Managers

Interacts with Project Managers, SME’s, cross functional teams, business technologists, and project staff. May also have contact with outside vendors, contractors, or consultants
