They are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to provide high-quality legal services, manage a high volume of cases, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in initial appearances, pre-trial conferences, motions, scheduling conferences, hearings, trials, and post-judgment matters
Engage in settlement negotiations
Maintain communications with clients
Coordinate with local counsel
Oversee due diligence on both pre- and post-judgment matters
Draft and review legals briefs, correspondence, pleadings, and other documents
Handle discovery requests
Travel to various courts throughout Tennessee and manage all aspects of a case's litigation lifecycle
Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively
Comfortable working with legal software
Ability to handle negotiations
Strong analytical and research skills
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
