Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed technical specs for new designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all products
Collect, organize, and review fit samples, providing detailed approval comments and making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit
Apply grading knowledge to ensure size consistency across all product ranges, particularly in womenswear
Maintain and update the fit sample log, ensuring all sample information is accurately recorded and easily accessible
Review current technical specs and provide input to improve product quality and fit
Work closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure that all garments meet the company’s standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in women's knits
Strong knowledge of grading techniques and fit processes
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Office software
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision in technical design
Ability to work in office full time
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field
