Responsibilities

Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Request, collect, and clarify required information from clients and third parties
Prepare and organize files for underwriting and closing
Review appraisals, title reports, and related documents to support loan decisions
Coordinate with internal teams to meet processing timelines
Track loan status and communicate updates to relevant parties
Address inquiries and resolve issues to support a smooth borrower experience
Stay current on applicable guidelines and industry standards
Perform additional operational tasks as needed

Required
