Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Workday AMS projects, including enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolutions
Coordinate with stakeholders, HR/Finance teams, and AMS support teams to ensure timely delivery of Workday services
Oversee project planning, scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
Implement and maintain governance models for AMS delivery (SLAs, KPIs, ticket management, and reporting)
Manage client relationships and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Lead Change Management activities to ensure smooth adoption of Workday updates and process changes
Develop and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Workday processes and AMS operations
Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams for incident triage, configuration updates, and testing
Monitor project budgets, report on performance metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall project management experience, with 4+ years in Workday (HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules)
Proven experience managing Workday AMS or post-production support engagements
Strong background in Change Management—communication, stakeholder alignment, and training strategy
Solid understanding of Workday implementation lifecycle and integration processes
Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project delivery models
